Hi everyone!

I’ve gotten TONS of feedback lately about a big change that happened…

I know some of you have been wondering and asking what is going on with Infusionsoft….or Keap….or Infusionsoft by Keap? What is it? What happened? Should I switch?

I am here to help!

Long story short,  Infusionsoft wasn’t purchased by another company. Infusionsoft is just rebranding to match their current endeavors into new markets.

In a couple months, you’ll start seeing some new interfaces and more fun things. But nothing as far as information or settings have been compromised or changed. The integrations are all the same.

You. Are. Safe.

Some of you know that Infusionsoft has been the flagship for Custom Business Automation and I have had the fun opportunity to be apart of their Infusionsoft Partner Advisory Group.

There are 10-20 people, like me, that get to have input into this ever-developing company to help with the ever-changing needs we see in this business.

We also get to see what’s changing, what’s happening, what’s coming up and like I said, we get to help develop the company into what we see the needs of business owners are. We have monthly meetings and I get to be a part of PartnerCon this week in Phoenix!! (So excited about that).

For a while now, Infusionsoft has listened to many concerns of startup business owners about keeping a product simple. They have received considerable feedback about having a simple program that gets right to the benefit of CRM software. That’s what Keap is. Their answer to this new market of small business owners that aren’t ready for the customizable power of Infusionsoft.

Personally, I really like the name Keap.

The company put out this message that I think is  really powerful:

“Infusionsoft is now Keap… we’ve talked with thousands of small business owners to get a deeper understanding of their unique challenges in today’s market. We learned that it’s harder than ever to succeed in small business. Customers expect more. On-demand is the rule. There’s no shortage of platforms on which to complain. A failed job or two can be damaging to your business.

Keap is our signal to the world—and to ourselves—that it’s time to make it easier to succeed. We’re on a mission to simplify growth for millions of small businesses. Our new name is a nod to the tenacity of the small business owner and encompasses everything we know to be true when it comes to success: Keep going, Keep serving, Keep growing.” Clate Mask, CEO + Co-Founder

I am going to adopt this saying, Keep Going, Keep Serving, Keep Growing. The name Keap symbolizes their message to do all the above. And I’m really excited about the growth that is coming.

I challenge everyone to try to live by this slogan. It’s a powerful moment of recognition for small business owners with their own struggles.

I know exactly the struggles that are shown in this video. The struggles of business ownership, the balance it takes to run a company and keep a personal life.

Go watch. I promise it’s worth it.

If you still have any questions, they have an online demo about their “new Infusionsoft” now Keap program that I suggest you go check out.

Check in with us on Facebook this week as I update you from PartnerCon where you can see the exciting things Keap and Infusionsoft by Keap are doing!

Remember, Keep Going, Keep Serving, Keep Growing.

XOXO

Lindsey
